Interior trim is delivered on a trim rack to the garage of the home, while all interior doors are delivered, and stacked by hand, in the largest room of the home, unless conditions warrant otherwise.
Windows are delivered on time in full. Parks has negotiated with manufacturers to reduce lead times, speed up fill ins and offer the variety of product that our builders require.
Builders can be sure the highest quality installation standards will always be met for interior trim, interior and exterior doors, and windows. Parks will have a qualified representative on site to assist any subcontractors with installation. All installations are quality reviewed and under warranty for one year after completion.
